We are wanting to go on a disney cruise the 2nd week of july. I won't know till late feb early march if i can get that vacation time, or if i would have to go for a later of earlier time.

How does DCL handle it if you book ahead of time and can't go, or have to change the cruise dates? I know there is insurance you can get, does this cover not being able to go or just emergency reasons. Thank you in advance.

No - insurance won't cover just "not being able to go." However, you can cancel without penalty for any reason as long as it is outside 60 days prior to the cruise, even without insurance.

If you want July, you had better book now!
