Once Orange County records the deed in new owners name, how long to remove points from our account? With dues due this week, I want them gone

It was about 2 weeks for me after we officially closed for them to take the points.

I assume your deal was that buyer pays 2020, but once it’s been recorded, it is a matter of them having the time.

I just sold my HGVC final contract and it changed hands at Hilton this week. I didn't want to have to pay the annual dues or the annual membership for Hilton. Got my check in the mail today and it was recorded with the county Dec 19. I know how you feel.
