"I Think We Need More Bread Bowls"-A Pixiefied Disneyland Adventure-Updated 9/13x3-COMPLETED

Good Morning!! Are you ready to embark on a new adventure?! ‘Cause we sure were!! Our plan today was to use our magic morning that came with our ticket, go straight to Carsland and ride the newer rides, and do some empty park photo shoots! Since we’d JUST missed Dapper Day at the resort, we did our own sort of Dapper Day and figured Carsland would make for the cutest backdrops! I was also SUPER into the idea of eating breakfast at Flo’s!

So we got up, got ready and headed over to California Adventure, and as we got into the line, I flipped my ticket over to read the back…to discover that it said we were allowed one “magic morning” but DCA was having “EMH” that morning…we hoped it was an interchangeable term as we continued to wait…but deep inside I definitely knew we weren’t going to be let in.

Sure enough, when we got to the front the CM explained what was on our tickets was for an early hour at Disneyland Park, and EMH at DCA was for resort guests only. Welp. Phooey. The other park wasn’t holding the extra hour that morning, so we figured we’d just grab breakfast and kill an hour somewhere that had free Wi-Fi and back tracked to the counter service at The Grand Californian!

The food court there was pretty small, but wasn’t super crowded, Abby & I got Mickey Waffles while Kara got some oatmeal (?). We really enjoyed the waffles and I was pleased to notice that they looked like they were multigrain!!

After our hour was nearly up, we waited around the hotel entrance into DCA in hopes of not having to walk all the way around, but at 9am, they said only resort guests, everyone else started getting let in that entrance at 11:00am

Sigh.

It was a slightly rough start to the day, but after ANOTHER walk, we were FINALLY entering the park! Our plan still stayed pretty much the same, so our first stop was Carsland. We headed to the new Luigi tire ride, only to find it was at or over 30mins, and no one really wanted to wait that long, so we grabbed fast passes from the Racers, and headed over to Tower of Terror to wait about 20 minutes for our awesome ride. During the wait there was some Dad trying to get over the rope back to his family and tripped on the rope and fell like right onto Kara, super awkward, super stupid. Again, this morning was good, somehow we were in relatively good spirits, but there was just that funk in the air.

FINALLY, things WERE LOOKIN UP MILLHOUSE as we escaped our drop in at the hotel and saw the meet & greet area for Nick & Judy! There was a small line, and the photopass was already out so we knew they’d be out soon, so we jumped in line!

13217584_10156986585920360_2328669318783734585_o by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

They were SUPER cute, but that was about it. I’m not gonna lie, I was a little bit disappointed! I’d been REALLY excited to meet them, and it didn’t really live up to it, and was our only character dud so far, BUT, still, SUPER CUTE! Glad Zootopia is in their safe hands!

Since things weren’t really going our way, we needed a pick me up and stopped at Starbucks on the way out of the park, WHICH TOOK FOR FREAKING EVER. SERIOUSLY. WE WAITED LIKE OVER TWENTY MINUTES TO GET FREAKING COFFEE.

Upside: we found some ADORABLE “newspapers” in the store all about Spring in DCA, they were adorable, and reminded us of Spring Trolley so we each grabbed some and FINALLY made our way out and over to Disneyland! Our first stop was over to Tomorrowland:

13227354_10156989365005360_1176266029783735251_o by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

That’s not where we were headed though, I just felt bad about the lack of photos so far….we picked up a fast pass for Space Mountain, which had a long line, and a lot of people complaining about the fact that the “getting a fp” line was so long. Le sigh. To cheer us up we headed over to Fantasyland to meet our favorite DUO!

Over by the Princess courtyard Merida was out doing sets, we debated getting in line but figured we wouldn’t be able to get into Rapunzel & Flynn’s line if we did, so we hung around the end. This is where the shenanigans began. Everyone was TRYING to line up and form a proper queue for the pair coming out but the attendant was refusing to do anything about it and said the line wouldn’t start until they came out, and that Merida’s line was closed. It just turned into a GIANT CLUSTER EFF of people milling around, in the way, and getting upset when people tried to get around/in front of them. None of us understood why they didn’t just let us line up from the start, especially if Merida’s line was closed!

Soon enough, they opened up the line again and we filed in to meet our faves!

we chatted about having the “best day ever” and Pascal even came out to say hello! We were really happy to finally get to meet Flynn outside of a special event too! And it’s not like the crowds were crazy either, I really wish he’d be out more often in WDW! If it wasn’t for all the drunk guests I’d say throw him & Punzie into Epcot’s Germany somewhere!

After all of these shenanigans, it was nearly time for our Radiator Springs fast pass, so we crossed back over to California Adventure,

Along the way, we’d stopped to chat with some roaming CMs. I’m not sure if they were entertainment waiting for something, or what but we took a selfie;

And then he directed us through the steps to get a super cool photo!

IMG_9349 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

And we took a picture with all of them!

They were all SUPER awesome and we had a lot of fun posing with them and chatting with them for a bit! I made sure to give them one of our thank you cards when we wrapped it up! We did continue on our photo shoot in Carsland, though I’m a solid 99% sure that this happened later, because in the video of us derping around in Carsland we had a beer, which I got after, but for the sake of NO pictures in this update, we’ll put them here…

Photoshoot #1 of the day completed, we continued on to race around radiator springs!

The ride was cute, that’s kinda all I’ve ever thought of it, like, its cute, a nice family ride. Maybe cause I’ve only seen Cars once, maybe because it just doesn’t go that fast, if it wasn’t for the others wanting to ride it, I probably would’ve skipped it to be honest!

**

Disclaimer…as I was writing this update I felt like it was super negative, and I just need everyone to know that our experience that morning wasn’t, especially once we actually got into the parks. The whole mistake with the EMH did set us back, and there were moments of grumpiness, I know I was not too thrilled with the whole line situation, but that comes down to time of day, and it being our last full day and just the regular grumps. We REALLY did have an awesome time this morning!!!

It sounds like thing weren't going right for you guys that morning.

Such a cute pic with Nick & Judy! Sorry the interaction was not up to par though.

The Rapunzel/Flynn line sounds like a nightmare. I definitely encountered things like that at DL and it doesn't make much sense. But your pic with them came out great!

All of your Cars Land photos are so cute!

Even with the rough start, seems like you all got back to having fun pretty quickly! Love the cool pic in front of Flo's!

Seems weird the CM wouldn't let people line up for Rapunzel and Flynn since Merida line was closed anyway. Maybe he was having a rough start to his day!!

The "roaming CM's" look like they were having a good day though!

Yeah, things just seemed to keep happening, i'm surprised none of them were big enough to REALLY put a damper on our day, I'm surprised we weren't more grumpy! Nick & Judy were still super cute, so it's okay lol.
UGH THE LINE WAS A MESS! But they were great!
Thank you!!

it was awesome despite the hiccups! Yeah it was just an interesting way of doing it, and some of the other people around were super obnoxious and rude so that didn't help!

The three of us left Carsland and crossed through the Warf where we stopped to grab some free sourdough from the bakery (cause more bread is what we really need, right?) and I grabbed another Trolley Ale.

IMG_5861 by Katt mccluskey, on Flickr

And we continued down to Paradise Pier where we discovered our little slice of home, and dubbed it the “hub grass of California”

IMG_5865 by Katt mccluskey, on Flickr

We promptly made up for the lack of photos earlier in the day… I had my DSLR, along with a bit of Snapchatting, while Kara started working with her point & shoot’s fun settings, and then moved onto her DSLR.

I was super happy I had been playing around with my regular lens the day previous and figured out how to work with it better and continued to have fun with it today! I feel like there’s just so much more to work with in DLR, and the floral is GORGEOUS!

On the way out (though honestly I just came across this picture while writing a further update, and am pretending it happened here, I think it must’ve happened on one of the earlier park exit/entrances) Abby saw “dapper” Daisy, and since she’s her favorite, we had to make sure to stop and say hi!

Your little photo shoots are just adorbs! Looks like so much fun, but also you and Kara are both incredibly talented.

Awe, thanks! It was a lot of fun, it's good that we both enjoy being in front and behind the camera, and thank goodness we have Abby who hams it up for us! Lol. Thank you so much! It really does mean a lot!

Our adventures brought us back over to Disneyland, since we had a fast pass to use!

13139250_10156975525025360_1184375835350633542_n by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

I’d only ridden Space in DLR once before, and that was with the Halloween overlay and I ABSOLUTELY HATED IT. The Star Wars overlay was okay, it had a lot less than what I was expecting, but it was much nicer than the Halloween one! Afterwards I went to go find a bathroom, while Abby & Kara scoured the gift shop to try and find the Her Universe Light saber skirt that Abby really wanted, but they had no luck!

With one mountain down, what was the next obvious thing to do?! Conquer ANOTHER MOUNTAIN! So we crossed to Frontierland and grabbed fast passes for Splash Mountain, and decided that the Hungry Bear restaurant was the best place to eat and relax while we waited for our FP time to open up! It was all Country Bears themed, so it was a big hit with us!

IMG_9353 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

AND that meant WE COULD FINALLY REPLACE OUR COUNTRY BEARS MUUUUGGGGSSSS!

Kara & I had both bought them near the end of our program and because they were just so big and we had SO much stuff they ended up getting left behind, and we regretted that decision every day since. They’re honestly such a good purchase, I’m legitimately drinking out of mine right now…

The menu was all super delicious looking here too! Even the salads looked/sounded AMAZING, Abby ended up getting one and said it was super good! We knew we should be healthy, but Kara & I both ended up with a burger and fries, cause like…#yolo vacation, right? Lol. We spent a good chunk of time just relaxing here, enjoying the break off our feet, and spying into the area that was under construction for Star Wars land…and naturally complaining about Star Wars land. Sure, it makes total sense to go into DHS, god only knows they need more attractions over there, but in the MIDDLE OF DISNEYLAND?!?! Uhm…no…and it’s nowhere near Tomorrowland…like…it’s stuck in the middle of Frontierland and that’s just weird…

Luckily for the sake of Star Wars land, our fast pass return time opened up and we headed over to Splash!

13164445_10156978421925360_2221169467617563308_n by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

Guys, I seriously DO NOT like this version of the ride, you get SO WET, and it moves so fast between the scenes that it’s not as much of a storyline as WDW. I also didn’t really think about all the electronics in my bag, including the wifi that we’d be charged like $250 if it got wrecked…I was stressed out…especially cause my backpack is cloth…bahaha. Luckily, we all lived to tell the tale, and I’d thought to pull my dress over my bag, which protected it, I was just a walking puddle for a little bit…

Abby had been wanting ice cream for ages, and we wanted to get it when it was warm out, but apparently so DID EVERYONE else, so we skipped the treats for now and headed back to the Fantasyland theater to catch the Tangled show, similar to the Beauty & the Beast one we’d watched a few days ago.

GUYS.

GUYS!

As if the BATB one wasn’t amazing, the TANGLED ONE WAS JUST THAT MUCH BETTER, and SO HILARIOUS!!! I wish any of us had pictures of it, but we were further back and were too busy enjoying it, it was really enjoyable and a great laugh! Definitely check it out!

With some time to kill, it was FINALLY TIME FOR ICE CREEEAAAAMM.

There was no one sitting on that little porch on Main Street so we sat in the warmth of the sun to enjoy our treats. Abby also dripped ice cream like…everywhere…bahaha, but it was worth it!

Mickey and the Magical Map didn’t play at all on our last day, so we had to see it one last time today, back into the depths of Fantasyland we went!

If we all believe, in a world of dreams, and imagination, there’s no way to know where the spark will take us. So much more than a destination! Journey to imagination!!

We obviously LOVED the show and were sad that it was our last time to see it, it just has such a good message to it, it has a strong emotional connection, and is FULL of awesome characters/songs! There’s so much talent crammed into it between singers, dancers, puppeteers, live musicians, like, legit all of it is so incredible!!

Mickey’s magical map guided us right back to Main Street, where we noticed the crowds were ALREADY starting to line up, we managed to find a nice curbside spot outside of Starbucks and popped a squat to wait for Paint the Night. Kara had a nice cozy sweater and sweatpants to change into, while Abby had brought her onesie to wear when the weather started to cool off.

IMG_9360 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

IMG_9358 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

We all have matching ones, and even had brought them on this trip, but only Abby brought hers into the park. She got a lot of comments on it while we waited.

IMG_9354 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

Kara wasn’t really hungry, the ice cream had filled her up, but I knew I was going to get super hungry and not much would be accessible or open as the night went on, so Abby & I ventured over to New Orleans’ Square for some more bread bowls!

IMG_9355 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

Both the vegetarian and beef gumbo were the same price, and we both got beef, although it turned out there wasn’t a lot of beef in either of them. Oh well, it was still super delicious! As the sun finally set, we pulled out the glow sticks!!

IMG_6246 by Katt mccluskey, on Flickr

AND TODAY, OH MAN TODAY….DONALD WAS FEELING SUPER SASSY…and strong…I guess…HE WAS LIVING.

Seriously the energy in this parade is SO infectious, it’s as if EVERYONE watching that parade is a best friend of parent of the performers, and they’re all so proud and happy and excited that the cheering and waving and yelling just never stops.

Donald was LIVING for this, and when he came by he was eyeing out people in the crowd, making sure they were checking him out and then promptly leans back and starts doing bench presses!

IMG_6260 by Katt mccluskey, on Flickr

IMG_6263 by Katt mccluskey, on Flickr

Seriously…that duck kills me. The main mouse himself closed out the parade as usual, and we danced our way into spots in the middle of Main Street for our last viewing of Disneyland Forever, we didn’t have to wait long until ALL THE FEELS.

IMG_6279 by Katt mccluskey, on Flickr

Just imagine, if you were standing right here over 60 years ago, you’d be standing in the middle of an orange grove. One visionary man stood right where you are now, but instead of orange trees, he envisioned a magic kingdom.

As long as there is imagination in this world, Disneyland will never be complete.

Atta girl Tink! Sprinkle your pixie dust! Let’s show ‘em just how magical this place can be!

It’s a world where you belong, where you can dream aloud, your heart will follow.

If we believe, in the fantasy, it will carry us away, you and me making memories today! Step into the magic, watch the stories come to life. Step into the magic, every color shines so bright.

As Walt Disney said, Disneyland will never be complete, and as the future will show us, with enough imagination, it will continue to build and grow on one enduring promise. That all who journey into its magical gates will feel forever young, and the magic will never end.

Turn on your light! C’mon and live the magic, so much to find! C’mon and live the magic!

When you wish upon a star!

If we believe in the fantasy, it will carry us away, you and me making memories today! Step into the magic, watch the stories come to life. Step into the magic, every color shines so bright. Step into the magic.

Just think, all of this is yours….forever…

I’ll give you a moment to grab a tissue and wipe away the tears, because I’m crying right now…probs cause I had to listen to the soundtrack to get all those lyrics. BAHAHA. But SERIOUSLY. If you weren’t able to make it down to DLR for the 60th anniversary, take your time to watch the show on Youtube, it’s beyond incredible and pulled at SO many heart strings EACH and every time I watched it.

We waited in the middle of the street for the crowds to die down a little bit, and headed upstream to go check out the castle at nighttime. We’d wanted to get pictures in front of it, but they still had it all roped off from the fireworks, and we weren’t sure if they were going to let the ropes down or not, so we settled for what we could get from there.

And with that, we called it a night. The three of us were exhausted, and had one last half day to spend in the parks, and obviously had to make it worthwhile…and we had early breakfast plans!!

Gnight.

WOWWW!! OKAY TEAM!! HI !!! I AM SO SORRY!!! I never meant to leave this TR off on such a random note, I mean, I guess it technically could have been the end, but it wasn't! I don't have much in the way of notes from the last day, and because all of the pictures are so jumbled I really didn't know how I was going to go about writing this entry...until I was chatting with Abby about CRP stuff and realized her memory is amazing meanwhile mine is about the same as an elephants! SO, I was going to sit down with her and go through what happened this last day to jog my memory but the time never came.

Well, here i am with a couple hours to go before i have to leave for work and I figured it can't wait anymore, it's been WAY too long, so I'm going to power through these updates as fast as I possibly can so we can wrap this all up!!

********
Our last day began BRIGHT and early to make sure we really maximize our time! We had packed up the night before, so at 6:15am we got up, got dressed and headed down to the lobby to check out of the hotel and store our luggage for the day, then it was off to Disneyland for our pre park breakfast! Naturally, we had a bit of a photoshoot before we checked in!

I don't know why I don't spend more time photographing the hub in WDW, it just calls to me in DLR, it's so pretty! I love the statues, and the Chip & Dale one is my FAVE! Lol, back when I was 7 i took a photo of it that's way too zoomed in and off center and a little crooked, bahaha, it makes me laugh to think of how far my photos have come!

IMG_6297 by Katt mccluskey, on Flickr

We figured we should check in, so where were we headed to?

GUYS! SERIOUSLY! IF YOU EVER HAVE A CHANCE TO HAVE A BREAKFAST HERE, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO IT!! I will FOREVER rant and rave about the Plaza breakfast, the food is buffet, pretty standard, but super delicious, I'd say around the same to Crystal Palace in WDW, but it's the characters that truly make this place! It's always a "surprise" to who's gonna be there, though it's been basically the same both trips we've gone, but sometimes someone random and different pops up! I've stated in this TR prior about how amazing the fur characters are in DLR, and they are ON POINT at the Plaza, I WISH I could remember all the details about it, but I can't! There's also SO MANY, like, you get 12 ish meets in the span of a meal, you're lucky to get 6 in Florida, so it's just amazing for us! Lol.

We checked in pretty quick, paid in advance, got our hand stamps and were shown to a table inside over to the right hand side of the restaurant. You don't have a server, as even the drinks are all up at the buffet (BONUS for people like me who want a water, coffee, chocolate milk AND juice, like, it's all included, right? baahahhaha)

As soon as we sat down, there were already characters milling about, and even around our area, even though it was 100% empty, we knew it was gonna be a good meal, that's for sure!

**continued in next post***

Rafiki was one of the characters first over to our table and he prowled around interacting with us, being all monkey like and somewhat creepy, he started over at Kara and started picking through her hair looking for food, and playing with her ears

IMG_9369 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

We all took some selfies with him.

When he went over to Abby he started picking through her hair too, and Abby commented that he'd probably find something since she hadn't washer her hair all week, and Rafiki got all grossed out and pretended it was stinky and it was seriously hilarious.

Minnie was super cute as always, we thanked her for hosting breakfast for us that morning!

IMG_9372 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

Eeyore was rather gloomy but was still adorable as always.

It's becoming apparent to me that I don't have a lot of Abby's photos in here...not sure why...but hey, I've got some!

IMG_9383 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

Pooh Bear was super adorable as always, and Tigger totally waved at us and snubbed us which was only MILDLY HEARTBREAKING, he was seriously so not into that morning, and Tigger's one of my favorite characters, and I was honestly a little upset by it, like, just cause we're adults doesn't mean we don't want to see you, especially when you're that high up on my favorite character list! That hurts! Lol. I'd been snap chatting from around the place and one of my WDW friends who hangs out with the bouncer over there mentioned Tigger in a snap and when I said he'd snubbed me despite our LOVE, he snapped back that Tigger on the east coast would always love me, lol.

Either the second or third time Tigger circled past we managed to grab him and get some quick pictures, but even then it wasn't a top notch interaction...someone wasn't feelin it!

Not too worry though, because we had PLENTY of amazing experiences this breakfast, I've just saved them all for last! We had some of our Tsum Tsums sitting out on the table since we had an empty 4th chair, and when captain hook came over he STOLE THEM FROM US! Evil!

IMG_9389 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

And when those silly Chipmunks came by, which was multiple times, they were absolutely amazing, they LOVED the Tsums, and proceeded to show them to everyone who would look.

Chip even sat down at the table with us, started to try and find some food he could eat, bahaha, it was hilarious!

There was also SO much interaction BETWEEN the characters, which is part of what makes this character meal so unique and AWESOME. At any other place, they're a little spread out, come to your table, see you, leave to the next table, and if they circle back its on their next rotation. Here, there's so much going on, and sometimes in such a little space, that they'll interact with each other, you, the tables around you, like, the table next to us didn't know what Max's name was, so he enlisted us to help them figure it out. They don't stick with just one table, they're constantly interacting with everyone and it's amazing. The Munks stopped by multiple times and were absolutely adorable and lovely and so cute every time!

The food is all super delicious too. I didn't have much for protein since there was just pork sausage/bacon, and I'm not a big fan of eggs, but there's TONS of fruit, cereal, pastries, waffles, we were all super full leaving there. Plaza breakfast gets 10/10 from all of us every time!!

Post breakfast we knew we had a Wookie that was waiting for us, so we headed over to Tomorrowland to Launch Bay to see Chewie!! He just gives the BEST hugs, and is much less terrifying than Kylo.

While in Tomorrowland we spent a good chunk of time just playing around with their lightsabers in the gift shop because we're kids like that lol.

Kara pretended to by Kylo and killed us all multiple times....weirdo...

As we crossed through the hub, Kara pointed out that we should probably take "our photo" now, before it was too crazy, and more importantly, before we forgot! We took the original of this on her birthday in WDW during our program, and it's going to be our photo for around the world, now we've got 2 castles down, 4 to go!

Couldn't tell ya what we talked about...probably books and libraries and the usual. We also joked about how Abby was the non photographer out of us with the pole nice and centered in that photo, bahahaha! All in good fun though! Don't worry!

13138737_10156978908075360_4974264011381132719_n by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

As we continued through on our circle through the park (i swear, we probably did go on a couple of rides...my memory's shot...and we were all basically zombies today...) we spotted someone prowling through New Orlean's Square, and Abby freaked out since he was her favorite villain, and because it's DisneyLAND, despite him being on his way off set, he was still able to walk and chat with us for a bit of an interaction, and very slow walking in order to get some pictures!

IMG_9402 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

Now...this is where this becomes OBVIOUS that things are out of order (also the fact that my sweater keeps getting taken off and put back on in the pictures) we clearly rode some things, and walked around a lot between the order I have these in. One of us said something like "is it ridiculous that I'm kind of getting hungry again?" and all of us agreed that it was NOT AT ALL, and that we should probably eat in New Orlean's Square before we left, because gumbo is love, and airplane/airport food is not...

IMG_9399 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

Minus the fact that I opted for beef stew that time around, but hey, at least it came in a bread bowl! One more time right? I do remember wishing I'd jumped around the corner to get the actual gumbo instead, but the stew was still good! After lunch we popped over to Haunted Mansion, the wait was too long, but Kara wanted a picture with her new Tsummies!

Man could I ever go for one of those right now!!

IMG_9396 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

We shared the treats, and Abby ended up eating all the powdered sugar that was left in the bottom of the bag(you can see that clip in the trip video lol) and it proceeded to get EVERYWHERE bahaha!

With our snack done, we headed back towards Main Street, where we had one last thing we NEEDED to do, something we were amazed we'd never done since we spend SO much time around it. We hopped on the trolley for a ride down Main Street, it was super exciting.

IMG_9406 by Katt McCluskey, on Flickr

We sure do love that thing!!

At the end of Main Street, we saw our boys were out greeting and looking dapper as ever, so we stopped by to see them.

They were good, but a little lackluster, all that running around at breakfast must've tuckered them out, I'm pretty sure we were right at the end of their set too, so they were more focussed on acorns than our tsummies and stuff lol. Still, look at those cuties!

With that.. IT'S A WRAP!

A very rushed...thrown together...and out of order last day of our adventures. I'm sure Abby and even Kara are cringing at how brutally out of order this is, or how much stuff I forgot! I know we must have ridden something. OH! I know at some point we went to go ride Pirates since it's awesome, and we hadn't been on it yet, and found it CLOSED. Which promptly made sense because we knew Blue Bayou was closed but hadn't clicked that Pirates would be too! SO SAD!

The three of us stared longingly down Main Street for a bit, just saying good bye and taking it all in for one last time. This would be the last time we saw all the 60th stuff, and who knows when we'll be back next! It was such a fantastic trip and I'm so glad that we got to experience it all. My first adult, and solo trip to DLR was just so meh, and not great that I'm so glad I got to experience it with people who know more about that park. Both Abby & Kara frequented DLR growing up, heck, Feb was Kara's first time in MK not as a cast member! Meanwhile I squeezed in like 13 trips in 3 years to the East coast...it's home for me...always will be, but Disneyland is that little bit of magic that is truly magical. I mean, to walk through a park that Walt himself walked through, things he actually touched, saw, created, and he'd be so proud of how far it's come and where it's going.

We had a blast, to reminisce with us now that's it's over, head over to check out our trip video if you haven't yet, or if you want to again!

Whether you commented or just lurked and read, I hope you truly enjoyed reading about our adventures. I encourage you all to write about your adventures, or even just comment on other peoples. The Dis has brought me together with SO many wonderful people, and some of the best real life friends I have, I'm sad I was gone so long, and am happy to be back.

Plaza Inn is definitely an amazing breakfast!! So many cute character pics, I especially love the ones with Chip & Dale! I'm sorry Tigger wasn't feeling it today though.

Sounds like a great last day! I'm so glad the 3 of you had such an awesome trip together.

Thank you for sharing! :)
