Internet Explorer Script Error message!

I want to scream EVERY time I see it. I have even messed around with my settings. I thought I actually found a way to get rid of it too but NO! When I am on facebook there are days I want to scream. It comes up a thousand times.

Can anyone tell me what to do to get rid of this. I disabled it in my settings (or so I thought) and it still happens!
