Is it still possible to lose weight the "old fashioned way" of eating less and exercising more? These days it seems like everyone is on a program or plan like Atkins or WW. And there seems to be so much more info about the effects of eating certain foods in combination with others. Any thoughts?
 
Watching what I eat and exercising is how I am doing it. This is the only thing I have found that works for me.
