Is Splash running or not?

I read on another site that Splash Mtn got a log stuck, flooding the control room and the animatronics were not working. That site indicated that Splash would be closed for a refurb.

Does anyone know if Splash is currently closed? If so, how long is it expected to be closed?

Well - I'd love to hear from someone at the parks also just to be sure, but I checked on the Disneyland website and they don't show it as being closed. Hopefully that is kept up to date! It's my MIL's favorite ride - she'd be crushed!

I rode it today, but it has been having some problems--seems to go down quite a bit since the refurb.
