I miss out on the good threads...I miss out on the drive by porn on the CB....what next?!!!

You missed a Great One Today........I just changed my email settings not to receive posts this morning...I should have left it on when I left this afternoon so at least I could have read the final few posts before they pulled it....

It's about time a thread like this was started in these parts! I asked the questions I had to when we were buying, and otherwise steered clear of the negativity that radiated most of the threads I tried to look at around here!

That being said, we're thrilled to own DVC, and actually just in a good mood overall!

And, for what it's worth, I just got my Kinkade picture framed last week after 2 months! It's hanging up and gorgeous though!

Wow...you mean they still have some Kinkade's available? I'm surprised to hear that. I hang my head in shame while admitting I've had mine for quite some time and still don't have it framed! Uh oh...must stop...getting mad at myself...no, don't do it...okay, happy again.

They actually have quite a number of them left, both on canvas and on paper. We bought the one on canvas and we're having it framed by the Disney gallery before shipping, since I know it would take DH months to do it! By the way, the price at DL was $1,000 to $1,300 less than I've seen on eBay for the same size.

I totally missed this as well! I'm always the last to know what's going on around here! Oh Well! I'm glad everyone had some fun. Ever since a certain couple of posters disappeared into the twilight zone it has been a bit tame around here.......especially for us SSR owners!

I am a very happy DVC member....

Just pick and choose what you open. I have rules. I try not to open things regarding housekeeping, refillable mugs, pool temps etc. I have also left the transfer rental threads... I did a poll on how many people really transfer and noticed that well over 90% of us probably won't be affected by the "rule enforcement" so I figure I will just let the 10% fight it out...

DH and I have two great trips before the end of the year -
a week at HH in less than four weeks

And a trip with family to WDW in Nov.

Life is too short to waste all that energy being angry and upset, esp over small stuff.

Like someone else mentioned earlier, we're easy!
