Jumping into July 2019 Exercise Challenge



50 minutes walking for Wednesday and Thursday (440/1000). Half of my town lost power in Monday’s storm - just got it back today!! We were very very lucky! Enjoyed a beautiful day at the beach today - did my walk on the boardwalk!
 


Wednesday afternoon: 30 minutes raking pine needles (I think, I wasn't keeping track of time, it might be longer... like a lot longer :p )
Wednesday afternoon 20 minutes running (1.5 miles)
Thursday: day off/cheat day
Friday morning: 40 minutes DDP Yoga
Friday morning: 67 minutes 4.5 miles running

1468/1400!

edir: @ljcrochet I'll step in for August. I've been pretty good these past few weeks staying with it I think I can take on a month. I get back to town on the 30th so I'll have it up sometime on the 31st.
