Just back - 1-7 to 1-12-2018

I wasn't going to mention anything here, however when Cranky started making fun of people posting about dogs in the parks I decided to post our recent experience.

Yes I will email guest services. In the moment we think WTH, give owner
a glare, and move on but Disney does need to know this is a concern.

If a service dog gets bit there is a chance they will be ruined as a service dog. Dds dog is VERY sweet and sensitive. Guide dogs are cream of the crop in intelligence and temperment so that they are able to do their job and function in public areas yet are friendly and social. He is very passive around other dogs. I don't think he would even defend himself if threatened-especially while in his harness.

Anyway, I enjoyed reading the OP..And sorry about Tutta. I only ate there once and it was meh.
