Last 3 Non-WDW vacations you've taken

Oct 2018 - 2 weeks in Hawaii-- we did spend one of the weeks at Aulani though
Dec 2018 - Cruise
May 2019 - we just got back from a week in the Dominican Republic

Vacation being more than just a weekend trip :

Oregon Coast - 4 days (just got back)

Oregon (Eugene/Portland) - 5 days (about 2 years ago)

Honestly, I can't think of any other none weekend trips other than my Disneyland trips. I have done weekend trips to Sacramento, Santa Cruz, Eureka, Ca and years and years ago Reno, NV.

1. Ft Myers (singer island for 3 nights followed by beach hopping on the west coast-Marco, barefoot, sanibel, Manasota)
2. Ft. Myers (one night in key largo, one night in singer island and beach hopping along the gulf coast-sanibel/Captiva, Barefoot, delnor Wiggins, Manasota, etc...)
3. Ft. Myers (2 nights in marathon and beach hopping at pretty much the above gulf beaches)

My sister lives in Ft. Myers so we go to see her every April. Otherwise the previous 2 have been staycations around New England.

Where do you go Dan?

Elkhart Lake. The original name of the resort was Schwartz's, dating back to late 1800's, early 1900's. We did not go there then. :) It then became Barefoot Bay, that's when we started going, about 35 years ago. Then it became Victorian Village and now this year it is called Shore Club Wisconsin. Different owners each change. Always a fun time with best of friends.

Universal/Sea World
Holiday World/Splashin’ Safari
Road trip to South Dakota (from Missouri)

Edit: all 3 were driving trips, but the road “as the destination” only applied to the 3rd one.

I've been to Disney once in 2010. Many places since then. Last 3 below....

Okay the last two kind of don't count:
Universal Orlando (not counting that one though, LOL)-April 2019
Disney Cruise-June 2018

Savannah, GA-April 2017
California-June 2010 (one day at Disney)
California-June 2007 (one day at Disney)

It got me thinking that in my life, I have taken very few vacations. I am almost 38, and I have taken fewer than 15 vacations in my life. Vacations just became a yearly reality in 2015.

Three of our annual trips:

A week in North Carolina

10 days at Universal Orlando

12 days in Key West

San Diego / Legoland
NCL Western Caribbean Cruise
Seattle / Olympic National Park

We also spend almost every weekend in the mountains (skiing, boating, hiking etc., We live in Colorado). We probably shouldn't act like we are on vacation two days out of every week...but I guess we kind of do :)
