since you will never get all the air out of the bag, I've found it floats . . .

With phones costing as much as they do, I am not going to depend on it floating AND being able to spot it. The neon bobbing handle would be a very cheap insurance policy.

Another vote here for the KYSS bag. I take a good DSLR almost everywhere I go; the bag keeps it + IDs and KTTW cards sand-free and as secure as I can hope for. If anyone wants our bag they'd better be carrying bolt cutters or be willing to drag a couple of lawn chairs along with it. There are easier targets.
