I have gotten so much amazing information from Disboards for Aulani, DCL, WDW and DL! I found this tip not through here and searched to see if I could find it here. I didn’t find it so I wanted to share!

If you stay at Aulani you can book at the Ko Olina Lounge at HNL airport for free!! https://www.koolinalounge.com/

It is very comfortable, charging at each chair and a nice place away from all the gates. We have a red eye flight and are enjoying the lounge for two hours before we leave.

This is fantastic! I’ve saved this for a planned trip in early 2025.

Just an fyi that the lounge closes reasonably early, so if you’re taking the overnight flights to Van, you’ll still be spending most of your time sitting at the gate (for the OP who I’m assuming is a fellow Canuck).

We used it Saturday night. The lounge will call you the a day or two before your booking date to confirm your reservation details and get flight info... and they will clearly indicate closing time if you are on a late departing flight.

A nice, calmer environment with the basics of water, soft drinks, tea/coffee offered with snacks and merchandise offered for sale

I just checked the website it closes at 9! That makes it inaccessible for those of us who have no choice but to fly on a red eye.

We flew a red eye out of Hawaii (I think that's really all there is back to Vancouver eh) and we chose to book the latest slot at the Luana Lounge at Aulani instead of trying to find this airport lounge, and then we took our time getting to the airport. I believe we had a 7pm timeslot at Luana so enjoyed the resort till then, used the showers at Luana, and then went to grab dinner on our way back to the airport. I'd do this again. To me, the airport lounge that is not necessarily even close to where I'm flying from, that closes early, and has no free snacks/drinks - not worth it.

I stopped in last Fall without a reservation. There was only one other family around 8:30PM. The host was friendly and I was offered a drink. I think they sell snacks. It's located in the inner courtyard with the airport offices, nice place to take a walk or if your kids want to run around. There are flowers, plants, pond, waterfall, and what looks like a pagoda.

I booked this for our last trip, but could not figure out where it was within the actual airport. I was all turned around.
