Looking for 2 nights in Feb. when we fly into Orlando. I am debating driving to Cocoa Beach or finding a "resort" offsite before going to our DVC stay.
I can't find much about the hotel, just people complaining about the villa rentals. Anyone been, of can recommend a place with a nice pool/waterslide to hang out for 2 nights? Thanks in advance.

No first hand experience but I suggest you really explore the pool area to see if that is what you want. I don't believe there is a slide. It seems pretty basic. If you were thinking about the water park that is a business on it's own and you have to pay to use it. https://www.islandh2owaterpark.com/

One caveat about February: We often go late Feb/early March, and the weather for pool time can be iffy. We think of three different "kinds" of February/March pool weather: Warm (when all of us are wiling to swim), Kid Warm (the kids are but the adults are not), and Cold (no thank you). On a typical week, we might see two or three warm days, two or three kid warm days, and one or two cold days.

Have stayed at a couple of those on the list.

It mentions the Hilton Orlando, which we have stayed at and loved!, but didn't see Hilton Bonnet Creek included - even though it is a "sister resort". Built in each other's image. I would def look at HBC with it's proximity to Disney for easy move.
