Can you take the monorail from the Grand Californian to the inside of the park? If so, from what time can it be done?

At DLR, the monorail doesn't stop at any of the on site hotels. It stops in DTD, near the DLH, and in Tomorrowland inside DL. The monorail goes through a courtyard at the GCH, but it doesn't stop at the hotel.
