Once they started using meal vouchers, they use them for ALL MM events at WDW regardless of event start time.

They have something in place for the ones at DL, but not sure if it's exactly the same.

The first meal voucher for DLR appeared Nov 2018 at DCA. It suggested "a meal and a beverage" but was really a $15 or $20 (?) meal credit. If your meal and beverage were more than the limit, you paid out of pocket. The language on the voucher was exceptionally difficult to understand causing troubles for both guests and cashiers.

The $20 (?) credit given in January 2019 at the DL event was much clearer and worked with greater ease.

When we did the Epcot one this year we received the meal voucher when we checked in (I think was after 6) and people were using them right away.

Question about changing reservations: One of us is iffy. Can you change one of the guests names? Do you just change it on your DVC reservation? or do you need to do something to change it with your Moonlight Magic reservation as well?

You don't list the names when you register, it's just the member name (an alternate check in person if the lead on the membership isn't going but someone else on the deed is) and the total number of guests.

Okay, good. I thought, since they knew what date my reservation was for and apparently knew how many guests I had on that reservation that they also had their names.

Hello all,

We attended Moonlight Magic last year at Magic Kingdom and thought it was a great event, well done.
Just made BWV reservation for September and plan to attend the Hollywood Studios event.

Question, Last year we received a meal voucher. On the DVC website in the events decription, it now states complimentary light refereshments. So will Meal Vouchers not be provided this year?

Thanks and have a magical day!

Nevermind, just saw this post on another thread. Looks like the Vouchers will be issued. Nice!
