Most popular dinner or food/show reservations 180 days out

Maybe this is too loaded of a question, but is there a small list of restaurants / dinner shows that get booked pretty consistently at 180 days out. that moment is coming soon for me. Also, i am trying to understand how the dinner shows work if those are more popular if i should book those first. Thanks!

From what I am gathering, at least for a 10 year old where a sit down tea party not required but want to experience unique and themed (meet characters later if have to) since she has never been here, the hottest ones at 180 out i have read about so far are:
Ohana
California Grill Brunch
Storybook Dining at Artist Point,
Cinderella royal table
Beaches and Cream
SciFi drive
Homecoming

That seems accurate to me. My ADR day is coming up next week, and luckily, I only want one of those, but those are the trickiest ones I think!

That seems correct. I'd only add California Grill near fireworks time can be tough, and the PPO reservations fill up pretty quickly at places like Tusker House, Akershus, and Garden Grill. Chef Mickey's for breakfast is also very popular.
