Movie crossover theories

I guess you've all come across online with conspiracy theories
that link one or more Disney movies together. Here, i'll post
mine. Actually, most of them are theories that already existed
and i found somewhere. Here though, i'll try to polish those
stories, clearing out any possible inconsistencies that are
stirred up and, why not, adding elemets/twists of mine.
Post the theories of your liking too, or comment on mine. Here
we go...

LION KING/HERCULES
You all saw the scene where Hercules wears the fur of a dead
lion that is speculated online to be Scar, whose skin was collected
by hunters after they found his consumed corpse, then it was sold
somehwere in Greece. Some people say that it is just a coincidence
and that lion is Nemean Lion that Hercules is supposed to have killed
in mythology. To me though, it looks too much like Scar.
Besides, the lion Hercules killed onscreen during the movie looked
nothing like that. Still, some may speculate the lion killed on screen
was just a different lion, not the nemean one, and it is still possible
for Hercules to have off screen killed Nemean Lion where he got
the fur from.
Myself, though, i can't banish my strong feeling that it's Scar. I
mean that would give a whole new meaning to Zazu's joke at the
beginning of Lion King film about Scar being turned into a rug.
The greatest inconsistency i can think of against this theory is
that, in Lion King movies (especially in the second one), Mufasa is
implied to be in a place very different and much better than the
miserable afterlife portrayed in Hercules. Is it possible that the
animals are treated after their deaths better than humans? No,
that wouldn't make much sense.
But, then, i suddenly got like 'wait a minute'. Remember what
Zeus said to Hercules. If you become a true hero while alive,
you turn into a god. Mufasa died trying to save Simba. It is
possible that such an action would qualify him as a true hero.
So, instead of going to the afterlife, Mufasa was turned into a
god and went to Olympus, which is why he could talk to Simba
and Rafiki.
It is also totally possible that Mufasa did not even retain his
lion form. Maybe one of those illuminated gods we see in Hercules'
opening that attend the newborn baby's ceremony is actually
Mufasa! Furthermore, considering the movie does not strictly
follow the original mythology's events and backstories, it is
very likely that Mufasa is one of the known gods (ex. Ares or
Apollo)! The only reason he appeared in his lion form before
Simba was for his son to be able to recognize him.

TARZAN/FROZEN
This is one of the best known theories. Anna's/Elsa's parents
did not die during the shipwreck, but got lost in the jungle,
where they gave birth to Tarzan. A huge inconsistency i
immediatelly spotted (which have been noted by other online
users too) is that Tarzan seems to take place in a much later
era than Frozen.
However, to me, that theory was too good to discard. So, i
found a way around. What if, the ship of Elsa's parents
happened to pass by Bermuda Triangle or a similar place,
where it got sucked by a spacetime hole and was transported
into the future? This could also be what caused the shipwreck
in the first place.

BEAUTY AND BEAST/TARZAN
Some people claim Jane is a descendant of Belle's. I admit there
is much evidence towards that. They have similar dress styles,
Jane has the teapots from Beauty and Beast (totally possible
the objects remained after the souls in them went back to
human bodies) and they both have weird fathers. What is hard
to explain though is why Jane is not of royal blood (don't tell
me she is and it just didn't come up in the movie, because that's
ridiculous). Well, there is a chance her ancestors lost their nobility
status somehow, but still something bothers me about that.

SNOW WHITE/PINNOCHIO
And now a theory nobody has discussed (at least i haven't found
anything), even though it's been in plain sight all along. Remember
Jimmy Cricket from Pinnochio? Doesn't he appear in a Romano
Scarpa's comic story with Snow White? So, what do you think about
that? Is it the same Jimmy Cricket in both movies?
Obviously, the two movies do not take place in the same era (Pinnochio
seems to be taking place in 19th century, whereas Snow White feels
more like a medieval story). Though it is totally possible for Pinnochio
Jimmy Cricket to be a descendant of Snow White Jimmy Cricket, i have
a more fun idea. Remember when, in Scarpa's story, Jimmy aged due to
a spell of the queen that accidentally hit him (was meant to be for Snow
White) but then a good witch turned him young again? Well, i theorize
that reverse spell did not just give him back his youth. It made him
immortal!

SNOW WHITE/TANGLED
I have read a theory about Snow White's step mother being the
same person as Gothel, because they have similar looks and they
both care too much about beauty. But just that. No further
explanation was given about how the queen from Snow White
ended up living alone in a tower.
Well, it's not hard to believe that the residents of her former
kingdom got fed up with her character and dethroned her. What
really bugs me is how she seems to have got over her obsession
over Snow White, if she's really Gothel at Tangled. The only
way for that to have happened is for her to... have finally managed
to kill her step daughter? Why not? Not everything has to end with
'happily ever after'. Since i like dark theories too, i'll go with that.
Poor Snow White.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND/TANGLED
Ok, this is 100% a theory of mine. What if Alice and Rapunzel
are actually the same person? Let me explain. Everything that
happens in 'Alice in Wonderland' movie is a dream Rapunzel
had as a child.
Think of it. Both Alice and Rapunzel are blonde. They have
similar personalities (somewhat naive and too curious about
the world around them). Rapunzel had a large collection of
books in her tower. So, one day, when she was a little girl,
she read a fictional story or more, fell asleep and saw that
dream.
Now, you might ask 'Why is she called Alice in that dream?'.
Well, i admit your subconscious giving yourself a different
name while in your dream state is weird and it has never
happened to me. But! Isn't it possible that Alice has been
her true name all along? Rapunzel is not a name at all. It's
nothing more than another word for lettuce. Maybe Rapunzel
is an alias Gothel randomly gave her once. Then, both women
started using it regularly, until Alice became so familar with it
that she nowadays uses it as her real name. Makes sense?
