Maybe along with the booking information, you should post how long you waited on the phone too! LOL!
I see people in my cruise groups waiting insane amounts of time on the phone, because they have an OBB and cannot do it online!

I see, wouldn't it be nice if our OBB would sit under our account and we could assign it to the cruise we want...brilliant...lol

I sent my booking made this am to my travel agent hopefully she can add my OBB to it with minimal effort...

I can't see anything past Sept, 2019. Checked my status as 'silver' and that's confirmed. I have no time today to be on hold with DCL. SAD.

I had the same problem immediately after I logged in with my Castaway Club account, but hitting "refresh" fixed it.

I'm still able to browse pricing for the newly posted sailings even though I booked a reservation already. I was even able to put a 2nd reservation into my cart, but didn't book it...
It is clear their server is bogged down.
