$79 per point. 50-year contracts (51 years for the first new buyers who were given a December UY.) For those who financed it was 20% up front with no payments and no interest accrued until resort opening. Dues were pro-rated for the first year beginning with the resort opening.
We paid $70.43 / point in 2004, Disney had promo and we had family that were CM's and got a discount. The price at the time was $86.00 / point from Disney. We grabed 600 points for that price, and have been happy with that decision.
We bought in feb. 2004 and paid $84 a point. That was supposed to be with a promo of $5 off the price of $89 a point if we sold our first year back. It looks like others got a better deal.
