opinons on "THE HOTEL" in Vegas

I just cancelled belligo for THE HOTEL at Mandalay Bay....I am going to save a little over $300.00. Has anyone stayed here, will I like it, I have never been to Vegas but money is tight right now and I figured I wasn't moving in there, just 3 nights, is it a clean hotel? TIA for your help

I just stayed there and it was GORGEOUS!! I have stayed at the Wynn and this was even nicer than that! Trust me that THE HOTEL is more than just a clean hotel, it is extraordinarily beautiful and classy, but it has all the convenience of being attached to Mandalay Bay and the Casino/restaurants there, plus you are also attached to the Luxor and Excalibur. If you have time, pay the $30 to go down and enjoy The Bathhouse (it's the spa at THE HOTEL) it is one of the nicest spas to just enjoy the amenities (cold plunge, sauna, steam room, warm spa, hot spa, and heavenly lounges) that I have even been to, and I've been to a lot! You'll love it!

Is "The Hotel" at Mandalay Bay the same or different than the Four Seasons Hotel at Mandalay Bay?

The Four Seasons is technically on property at Mandalay Bay; however it has its own entry, front desk, restaurants, meeting space, spa and shops. Their rooms occupy four floors of the Mandalay Tower. However it is a completly separate operation from Mandalay Bay. It is a five-diamond property and you should expect to pay sky-high rates to stay there.

THEhotel is the all-suite tower at Mandalay Bay. It is completly operated by the Mandalay Bay hotel operations department. Their rates typically run about $50 more than the rates at Mandalay Bay. The rooms are really nice!! Its lobby is connected to the Mandalay Bay Casino. Drawbacks are a long walk to the pool, and its main entrance is actually in a parking garage.

I have to say I loved they hotel for the rooms, the casino BUT i did not like the fact that it was way way out of the waya of the strip. I probably will not go back because it just isn't my cup of tea

oh some of our friends just got back from their wedding and stayed at the hotel and loved loved loved it... now i wish we booked there instead of monte carlo.
