Palo-4 night Wonder

We are sailing in January and want to book dinner at Palo. We have the late seating and are wondering which night to book for Palo. I had planned on the last night if possible. Is this a good choice?
Would love some suggestions.
Also, is the afternoon tea available on the 4 night?

Personally, I would book Parrot Cay night as Palo (what night that will be depends on your dining rotation), as that is my least favorite menu. You may want to check out the menus on my website at www.castawayclub.com tp help you make your decision. Also, keep in mind that if Animators is the restaurant you are at twice, they will only do the show the first night.

What nights repeat on the 4 day? 1 and 4 or 3 and 4. I have read both.
