What time does Palo open for dinner? And in what increments are reservations available(for example are they every 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes, like 6:00, 6:10, etc)?

If I remember correctly it is 6pm and every 30 mins.

Opening at 6pm sounds about right, we had one of the first reservations of the evening and everyone was waiting outside until the doors opened at 6pm.

As far as increments...have a time in your head, be able to adjust it within an hour give or take and you will be good to go.

Well, seeing that I have asked only one question, and it's really the only question I have, I think I am doing good.
