Photo sharing: Dark rides

    Here is one of mine from PoTC. Getting the color right is tricky!

    Color looks good. Disney dark rides deal with so much weird artificial light, of different colors, you need to decide in post how much you want to correct and make whites = white, or keep the colored effects. Much of Pirates, for example, ends up under very orange/red light. I like your choice to correct the colors.

    I'm always a little torn on the white balance corrections for some of the rides - for Pirates, the 'correct' color sometimes doesn't feel like the ride - there's so much intense reds throughout the ride that I tend to like to keep some of that in the shots, since it's what I remember the ride like. mcraige - that's pretty good balance on the colors - corrected, but still has a touch of the yellows/orange in the light that's true to the ride.

    This one I prefer to make B&W, because it matches the film:
