Pirate night question

We booked a last minute cruise NY to Quebec and Pirate night is the second night. We are also on the Magic for NYE and they are doing the same, Pirate night is night two.

I am assuming the menus for Pirate night will be that menu and the rotational will be night 1, 3 and 4?
