We are strongly considering renting points for the first time instead of booking directly with Disney, my only concern is travel insurance. We will be traveling in September 2020, and I know it's hurricane season. I would hate to be out $2000+ dollars for a trip that had to be cancelled due to weather. I have reached out to a few insurance companies and they don't cover timeshare rentals. I was wondering if anyone ever had experience with another company that allowed you to insure your DVC point rental?
