Private Transportation from Swan to Port and Port to Swan

We are staying 2 nights at the Swan and then doing a 3night/4night B2B on the Dream and then back to the Swan for 2 nights. I don't mind the late arrival to PCO if we use Disney Transportation but would like to be back to the Swan early because we plan to spend that day in Epcot.
What are our best options without it being too expensive? TIA

The drive back from Port Canaveral on debarkation day will get you to the Swan between 10 and 10:30 AM. They leave the port at 9 AM.
