Promo Tix Question

We are going in August and going to purchase the current promo ticket (2 days get 3 free), was reading the terms and conditions and found this statement:

Ticket is valid for any five (5) calendar days during a seven (7) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes seven (7) consecutive calendar days of admission to select live entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk™ which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used.

We arrive on a Saturday and do not plan to enter either US or IOA but was thinking of wondering around City Walk on Saturday night so we start our 7 consecutive days from Sunday to Sunday to use at US and IOA.

If we walk around City Walk on Saturday night does this mean our 7 consecutive days will start on Saturday instead of Sunday? What are select live entertainment venues at City Walk?

You do not need a ticket to walk around city walk. Your days will start the first day you actually use it at one of the parks.

No, you are fine to walk around Citywalk.

This is referring to the fact that Citywalk has a number of "clubs" (Red Coconut Club, Rising Star) or restaurants that turn into clubs with a cover charge later in the evenings (usually after 10 pm) (Bob Marley, Pat O'Brien's). With your Universal ticket, this cover charge is waived.

Thanks!
Not sure if we will grab a bite at City Walk or not but we will avoid the places that charge a cover to get in!
