PTR: September 2010 - Our Disneyversary

I've never written one of these before, but then, I've only planned one other trip to Disney myself, prior to I was a happy kiddo who got to enjoy all the fun and none of the work. Kudos to you adults out there.

So: The Cast

Been to Disney many times, sang once in the Candlelight Processional with my H.S. Choir. I am 24, I eat a lot of vegetarian/pescetarian, but am neither strictly speaking. I am open to all food, since trying to live a little healthier, my tolerance for super greasy things has gone down a bit. I have a dry sense of humor, am a Browncoat, and a ride chicken.

Husband - Disney Newbie, he doesn't get as excited, on the outside, as me. His first real trip was our honeymoon last year. Picky eater, although I'm broadening his horizons. He loves steak, but is a snob about it, chicken, pizza, and dessert. He is a very Americanized eater.

What We Know:
Sept. 11th - Sept 18th 2010
Pop Century - our first time, standard room
Flying - AirTran 7:05 AM Flight - I worry about this, is not a morning person, though he swears he will go to bed early and not be in the ensuing few days (like last time.)
MYW Tickets with Hopper and Disney Dining - (*Freeish - pin code for dining that we upgraded to Regular for $20 per day.)
Disney Give a Day - We signed up to make Binkies, we actually signed up the day the GAD was closed, so

So, here are my Must Do's. I have other favorites of course that I also always do, but these are things I missed or have never done, even though I was a baby on my first trip to WDW.

Horse Trolley on Main Street: Last time my husband was not in the best mood, and he is not one for mornings, so I never saw it. If the trolley isn't running when we go, I'll survive, but if it is, I'm taking my turn darn it!

Main Street Electrical Parade: Love parades, especially this one and Spectro Magic.

Rope Drop: Never been, but I think it'd be fun.

For my husband, some of his Must Do's revolve around food, but his only Disney experiences have come while on the regular dining plan so...

-Le Cellier (We went there last time and he loved it.)
-Lights, Motor, Action (He is a car nut too.)

My One BIG Wish:
As a kid, I skipped a lot of rides, a combination of fear, protective parents, and my body not being as strong as it is, meant I didn't do a lot on the motion front. So, some of my earliest Disney memories are tied up with Parades and Shows (although my adult memories are offering more ride fun.) I would love to be in a Disney parade, not like pre-planned Guest of Honor, just one of those folks chosen.
