Rehearsal locations

Hello,

I am new here. I am contemplating a Sunday evening ceremony/reception at the Eau de France in Epcot for a smallish wedding of 50-75. My question is how do rehearsals work. If I was to do it the day before, or even 2 days before, I'd assume there are other events happening at the location on those days. Is it just early in the AM or another location all together? Trying to figure out what to do about a rehearsal dinner/lunch. Thanks in advance!

Thanks

Welcome! Eau de France ceremonies must take place before World Showcase opens to day guests, so you're looking at 9am or earlier for the ceremony. You could either follow that with a celebration in the same venue or a full reception elsewhere (since they can't do full receptions in the same location as a ceremony). OR you could have a gap in the day and come back that evening for a full reception at Eau de France (which many of us do amd is not as weird as it sounds!).

For EPCOT ceremony venues, rehearsals take place before World Showcase opens (so, again, 9am or earlier). You would just have to pay for an event guide to escort your group in and out, since the park isn't open and admission is not required. Or you could do the rehearsal in a ballroom at pretty much any time of day for free!
