Reservations at Restaurants

First time going next month and was wondering if you need reservations for restaurants here like you do for DW? I was looking at the choices and it seems they only reserve 30 days out? But can we walk up no problem or will we get shut out by not having one? I don't' know the restaurants here at all and might want to check out menus etc once there.

We will be there Sunday Nov 4-7.

Totally different than Disney, very rarely do you need reservations outside of a few days ahead of time, if at all.
