Residence Inn-garden grove?

Hi, we are planning either oct 05 or May 06 visit. Has anyone stayed at the Residence Inn Garden Grove? The trip advisor reviews look great, but I want get Dis advice. Thanks!

Stayed there in December. The hotel was great, the rooms were wonderful and the staff was nice. The breakfast was fine - thought it was great the first day and then kind of got tired of it after a while. Definitely not their fault.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the park shuttle picks up from the hotel next door, not right at the Res.Inn. So if you're sitting around outside there you'll have a mighty long wait. Front desk is very helpful in pointing you in the right direction though.

We stayed there in October 2003 and loved it! We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with a kitchen. One room had 2 queen beds, one had bunk beds, and the couch made into a bed as well. There was plenty of room for our party of six! We thought the breakfast was great, saved us some money! The shuttle picks up right next door at the Hyatt and where the benches are to wait for the bus is the door to Starbucks!!! The shuttle service is very reliable. There are also many places to eat nearby as well as a target right across the street!
