I'm new to the DIS boards and this WISH forum but I wanted to share a resource that really helped me reach my fitness and nutrition goals. It's a site called sparkpeople . com The program will customize meal and fitness plans for you or you can make your own. The part that helped me the most was being able to accurately track my caloric intake and fitness activity. I was 131 lbs in Sep '06 and was down to 122 by December. Since December I'm down another 3 lbs or so. I don't know that I could have done it without the spark site!
