Rose & Crown Fireworks View

I wanted to book the Fireworks dining event at Rose & Crown , but it isn't available the night I'm going. I do have a regular ADR at Rose & Crown during the fireworks. Will I be able to see anything from the regular dining section? Or should I just cancel it and watch the show from around world showcase?

Same thing happened with our upcoming trip. I decided to cancel my reservation and go watch from another spot. I didn't want to risk sitting inside and not seeing anything. I don't know if you are able to get to the patio now that they offer the special package. They put up tents and a gate out there for those who have the dining event.

I have been wondering the same thing now that they offer that. We love being able to sit outside and watch from there. When my DD was 5 she was chosen to "Start" Illuminations. They had her use a light up wand and did a count down. When it hit zero she lit up the wand and they started. They told her Mickey Mouse was stuck on the Monorail and asked her to start them. They gave her a card signed by Mickey. It was awesome.

Since I posted I have gotten answers from 2 people on this. My cousin is CM and her response was "They make sure you can see fine." I also asked on a DIS related FB page and was told by some one that before the fireworks they were escorted to an are where they could watch. Sounds like they had to stand however. Another indirect answer off that response from some one was that they noticed people standing outside in the R&C watching and wondered how they got there. Sounded as if they meant the only way you could be watching from there is if you were in the restaurant to begin with.

***As my cousin the CM is not currently bus driver I can't confirm if she really knows the answer :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Although when she started a WDW she was a bus driver so she maybe in the know :D
