You can try heavily painting it several times daily with clear nail polish; usually that will cause it to dry up and fall off within about 5 days.

I would NOT attempt to DIY remove any that are on your face, however. I'd leave that to a professional, so as to minimize any scarring or possible nerve damage, as the skin on the face is very thin.
 
I’ve removed a few with manicure scissors. None of them bled a lot, just a little. And they didn’t come back.
 
If they are not in too obvious a place you can tie a piece of dental floss around them tightly. Cut down the ends of the dental floss and it is hardly noticeable. A few days without blood supply and they fall off.
