Today, in honor of your success, we will look at the
Berry Cream Puff (from Kringla Bakeri of Kafe in Epcot)
It was difficult, impossible really, to find any nutrition information on this delicious-looking, fresh sweet, but based on other comparable cream puffs, I'll estimate this lovely pastry to be approx. 250 calories.
In order to burn off this beautiful puff, you would need to play flag football for almost a half hour.
Anyone going to be playing any flag football this week? Lol.
Btw, I am driving to Cincinnati tomorrow night because my flight leaves relatively early on Tuesday morning, so this will likely be my last real update until I return from WDW. Good luck, everyone, and stay motivated!

Have been forgetting to post, but have managed a little bit of exercise each day this week (M-Th) for 55 new minutes all together, so I'm at 255/450.
