So. Cal. City Pass Question

So, the costco price on a Southern California City pass is $164.50.

As I understand it, with the pass, you get a 3-day park hopper bonus ticket at Disney, which, depending on where and when you buy it, is a $134 to $145 value.

So for an extra $30, you also get admissions to Sea World, the zoo, and Knott's. We may not go to Knotts, but even so, this seems like a really good deal to me.

Is there a catch? Are these things difficult to use? Seems like a chance to save as much as $100 per person. Thanks in advance.

There is no catch and they are not difficult to use. They are just really a great deal, especially at the Costco price. You just need to give the booklet to the cashier at the ticket booth at each attraction and they will exchange each voucher for an admission ticket, which at Disneyland is a 3-day hopper bonus pass. We are planning to use them, even though we also will not be going to Knott's, because it is still a really good deal for the other three admissions.

The SoCal City pass can be purchased at any of the attractions, right? So if we go to Disneyland, we can buy our SoCal City Pass right there?

Yes, you can purchase the CityPass at any of the attractions for the regular price of $185.
