They were out of the backpacks when we were there Saturday evening.
Do you think they are restocking every day? I will be in Florida around Sept 15th, so I want to manage my expectations of what will be left in the droid depotThey were out of most of the black parts last night. I'm hoping they get more in when I go on Wednesday.
Sometimes suppliers can send you less than what you ordered. It happed to me during Avengers. And they do this without telling you until you get your ordered. So you do another emergency order but you got to wait and you sell out because you get less. Or they didn't order enough of a product because the person didn't think they weren't going to sell that well and since they are the only ones to sell it they can't borrow from anywhere else.I'm surprised they're running out of things. I know they're busy but you'd think they would be sure to have plenty on hand so guests aren't disappointed.
There is always going to be stocking issues. You can never exactly estimate how much of one item will sell over others. I think they have done a decent job in that the majority of items haven't sold out. What are they going to do when GE opens to the general population? They can't keep stuff stocked for the people with reservations - that doesn't bode well.
I've been following his vlogs as well! I really think I'm going to geek out a bit for opening day and dress a bit like Rey but not enough to be considered a costume.
I've only seen the setup on videos but it looks like you can see the conveyor belt going while you get in line to payBack on the topic of Droid Depot selling out of specific parts: Do you know before you pay your money if they're out of a specific part (like no black legs)?
How do you feel about the quality of the belt it might be one of my souvenirs, My wife and mother made me the rest of the outfit would love a belt also how does it latch?
