Storing luggage with bell services

We are using Tiffany Towncar and making a grocery stop on our way to the CR. Will bell services store refrigerated items for us? How does it work when you are given your passes and take off...do you have to go back to check-in and find out where your room is when you get back from the parks?
 
You will need to purchase a cooler (and some ice) for cold items. All luggage is stored in the general baggage area. Unless you are needing to store refridgerated medication, such as insulin, I do not believe they will store perishable food for you. If your room is not ready upon check-in, you can store your luggage with bell services. You can either call or go back to the resort later in the day to see if your room is ready. Once you arrive, you need to go to the front desk so they can program your room key. Once you get to your room, just call bell services to have them bring you your luggage. Make sure you hold on to the claim tickets.
 
We store our luggage everytime we go, unless our room is ready on arrival. We usually store it on checkout too, because often our flight isn't until later that night. We have never had any problem.
