Hi all,
I wasn't sure where to post this but my family's flight to Buffalo, NY was cancelled today and we were told that we wouldn't be able to get back until three days from now (Friday). My mom, being a teacher was extremely stressed out, as well as myself (having exams so close) but the cast members went above and beyond to make our experience nothing short of magical.
We went to the front desk of Wilderness Lodge to let them know that we wouldn't be traveling with Magical Express and in no time they had calmed us down, called us a taxi and found us a room for the remaining days of our trip (at the Art of Animation).
Like I said before, the Cast Members were amazing in helping us when we weren't sure what to do.
They help restore magic into the world.
