I recently made a reservation for Jungle Navigation Co. at 6:45pm on a night when MNSSHP was going on. We do not have tickets for the party, and noticed the park closes at 6pm, but the party starts at 7pm. Since there were no reservations showing up after 6:45pm, I assumed since it gave me the option to book I should be ok. Has anyone done this? or will I run into problems?

You will have a problem. There is usually a disclaimer that a party ticket is required

The park closes at 6. For all without a ticket

What time does the party actually start? I know you can get in at 4 (or thereabouts) and normally we book dinner while the park is clearing. I booked 6:10 but is it earlier this year?

The party officially starts at 7. Party ticket holders can enter at 4pm and day guests are ushered out by 6pm.

What is the latest ADR LTT will offer on party days? Are they open throughout the entire party?

I would try to book an ADR before 6PM. The park closes at 6 for non party people, so you will not be able to keep that ADR you have in place now. They cannot let you in.

I believe the table service restaurants close early (by 7 I think) bur there are quick service locations open. Last year, they offered an event where you could book a TS at BOG, CRT and 1 other restaurant as part of the party, but we opted not to do it because we didn't want to lose party time. We got in around 4 (did a few magic shots), went to meet Moana, then Jack Sparrow, and mobile ordered at the Columbia Harbor House so we wouldn't lose much time.
ETA: we had the grandkids with us last time. Normally, with just me and DH, I book a 6:00 (thereabouts) at a TS restaurant while the park gets cleared. This year I have the Plaza.

Dining reservations on a party night are divided into two different categories - those that can be made without party tickets and those that require party tickets.

Without party tickets: On the regular dining reservation page choose the restaurant you are interested in. Check the date you want to book and it will show the reservation times that are available to book. If you finish dining after the start of the party you will probably be escorted to the front of the park by a castmember and you will not be able to shop or stop at the bathroom on the way out so plan accordingly.

Reservations that require party tickets: If you want to dine at CRT, BOG or Crystal Palace during the party, the reservations have to be booked on the specific party dining page. While some enjoy dining during the party, many don't recommend spending valuable (and expensive) party time at a TS restaurant.
