I got the concept ( after I messed up a few times ) but I finally got it.
Of course I will keep messing up but that's how I will learn! LOL

Okay, instead of tweaking it, I'm going to give you the code. The byte size is fine, but the clippy is too big, so here is the code to make it fit the DIS clippy guidelines:

The guidelines for signature clipart are:
* No more than two pieces of clipart
* Total byte size must not exceed 30K (or 30,000 bytes)
* Pixel size must be within 200x200 - no bigger than 200 wide or 200 high

Put that in your siggy, and your clip will be just right
