The Plaza lunch, can you order from parlor for dessert?

Never eaten here before, so I apologize for my lack of knowledge.
We will be heading here for lunch in July, wondering if we can order from the parlor for our desserts, or if we can only order from the Plaza menu.
I saw a review from awhile back, and I believe they were eating the mini kitchen sink.
