My brother got back from a night out yesterday with a traffic cone he has named "R V Coney".

Not sure what to think of that

Probably some obtuse prank. I remember, back in my University days, we stole a lot of one way signs and set up our own one way system that went in one great big circle. Childish I know now but, at the time, it seemed incredibly funny
