Things to do in the Sarasota/Tampa area

Liking the Adventure Island idea. Any idea how crowded it gets during a summer weekday? Would their FP+ be worth it?

Also like Siesta Key idea or kayaking, paddleboard, jet ski rental. Have to show all these to her and see what she thinks.
