i will add-

my whole home generator-tremendous peace of mind knowing that if the power goes out (can happen for days on end here during wind/snow storms) i'm good to stay put vs. holing up in a hotel and having to deal with a fridge/freezer of rotted food.

Air conditioning- the electricity was out for 2 days here and I had to go to a hotel. It wasn't that it was so hot, but my asthma just couldn't handle it.
Washer and Dryer- I would hate going to the laundromat.
My phone- it's my communication, calendar, calculator, research tool, camera, photo album, entertainment... the list goes on and on.
Amazon Prime- if Amazon doesn't have it, I don't need it.
