we are the city farmers here.......we do above the ground beds for the tomatoes and green peppers...and the yellow beans and the beet greens.....and we loved to make our own pickles.....yummy from our cukes.....we put up trellis's so the cukes would go up and not trail on the ground.....I am so excited about this forum.........YIPPEE

AYEP Pumba you know how hard it is to grow gardens up here. With a short growing season I tend to stick with the easier stuff. Cukes, tomatos etc.
