Hi Guys,
I bought my sister's family APs and needed to mail them the tickets. Being somewhat paranoid I wondered what my recourse would be if they got lost.
I called guest services(407-224-6350) and she said if I xerox the backs of all the tickets and save my receipt they can issue new ones and void the "lost" tickets. Pretty cool,huh? Just some FYI in case this ever comes up for you.
By the way, I've taken to using that # for all important questions as they seem to be better informed then the folks at the 800#s.
