Topolino’s Terrace opening in fall???

I noticed on the DVC site that "Topolino's Terrace" is opening in the fall. Would the restaurant open before the resort?? Also, any idea when ADRs will open up for this place? As we're coming close to the booking window for our Christmas stay, I'm nervous about not being able to book it and potentially having nothing for Christmas Eve.

I can't imagine it opening before the resort opens.
It does sound interesting and worth trying at least once. Won't be open when we are there this fall, but should be able to try next spring.

The Riviera Resort opens December 16 which is technically Fall. I imagine the whole thing will open on that date.
