Trying to Change Reservation-All Kinds of Problems!

I couldn’t take the survey, the CM HUNG UP ON ME. No goodbye, no “Have a magical day!”, nothing. I very nicely told her that I believed she was incorrect
about the cancellation and click.

If the CM releases the call, it automatically goes to survey. They can't stop that. If the call disconnects otherwise, I was told you can go to disneysurvey.com and put in keyword DRC to leave feedback. They can trace which CM you had and give feedback where it belongs.

True. I figured others search similar threads before they post new ones to avoid redundancy. But likely you are sick of notifications so I will drop it. Sorry to inconvenience. :)
