Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar - long waits?

We love to eat dinners in lounges, typically later in the evening, because sometimes we just want to walk up to place to eat without making a reservation.

Never been to Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar. Anytime that is best to go? Anytime that has particularly long waits?

Saturday at 4 pm was very crowded. We have been there mid week, afternoon during F&W and it wasn't bad.

We'd probably do later, around 8 or so. We'd be there during early May, flower and garden. Perhaps we will avoid it on the weekend?

Note for any attending during the Food & Wine festival that the lounge is closed on certain Wednesday afternoons for the Italian Regional Lunch.

It is a great spot!

I went on a Wednesday at 5pm and my party of 2 only waited 5 minutes.

We were there a few times during our May trip both early afternoon and late evening. Both times we walked right in. Mid-day is usually much more crowded.
